The ask: Reimagine typography as an active force in the freedom vs. law & order debate, creating a campaign that engages audiences through innovative font design and technology.

Role: Led a team of a strategist, two art directors, and an experience designer in developing a typeface campaign in response to a Monotype brief exploring themes of freedom, law, and injustice. Over three months, we conducted extensive research on government policies across the U.S., Hungary, Ukraine, and broader Europe, uncovering a critical insight: governments often manipulate text to obscure hidden agendas. This discovery shaped our creative approach, leading to a powerful execution that combined typefaces, augmented reality, and social activism. The campaign was submitted for the 2025 D&AD New Blood Awards.
