I was brought on to lead the team through production, working directly with production partners, and our internal creatives to bring the idea to life.

My role was to keep everything moving and aligned as the work transitioned from concept into execution. I managed communication, scheduling, and key touchpoints across teams, ensuring decisions were clear and consistently carried forward.

I worked closely with our Creative Director and production team with a focus on protecting the original idea, while balancing real-world production constraints, timelines, and feasibility across casting, locations, and post.

Throughout the process, I stayed hands-on across all phases, helping translate creative thinking into something executable without losing what made the work strong in the first place.
